Cancelling Cleanup grrrrrrrr

  Been trying to cancel my subscription... helpdesk doesnt answer... subscription shows in app, but not on web account, so i can not cancel it as it doesn't exist in my account, frustrated does not even come close to how im feeling.......

I don't work for Avast, but I suggest you delate your screenshot, modify your email address so it isn't recognisable in what is an open forum.

As I have done in the attached screenshot.
