Well since I don't own Xbox360 myself, I am not quite sure, but I found some info on doing this... maybe it will be helpful to you.
Boot your Xbox and simply scroll all the way down the main list and highlight the SETTINGS tab. On the right side, the assigned IP address will be displayed so you can write it down and use it when configuring your router.
