Why modules internet email and Shield network I do not work?

I get that are running, but not scan anything! all this to 0, I just run 4 modules, standard protection, web protection, protection of instant messaging and protection p2p

I put the icon that the 6 are activated, but I just see that they are working 4.

Why does this happen to me? as I solve it?
