Try removing it via add/remove programs. If it won't/can't uninstall, a re-install then uninstall is called for.
If it's stubborn, Revo uninstaller might be called for.
If it's really stubborn, and recognised by MBAM as spyware, that should get rid of it.
If it's not spyware, and the above steps don't remove it, then I don't know. But there will be a way...
