Is the toolbar in add/rmove (or manage) programs?
Can you re-install the toolbar and remove it correctly?
What makes you think it's a trojan? (hint: a link would help.)

i can't find any file on the computer of lpr123 except in ccleaner should i just click delete in ccleaner and it will delete the registry entry? I remember i had a trojan once before so that might've been the one.

i clicked delete in ccleaner and the registry entry is off the computer now so it must've been an old trojan.

Quite likely. You might want to check here: http://www.symantec.com/security_response/writeup.jsp?docid=2004-080616-5258-99&tabid=2 and then search for those .dll's, just in case.

Any other problems? Are you getting error messages still? It's a bit hard to follow where you're at.

Try removing it via add/remove programs. If it won't/can't uninstall, a re-install then uninstall is called for.
If it's stubborn, Revo uninstaller might be called for.
If it's really stubborn, and recognised by MBAM as spyware, that should get rid of it.
If it's not spyware, and the above steps don't remove it, then I don't know. But there will be a way...

Bob my aunt said that she only has needed to take her computer to a professional to be fixed one time. Everything seems to be working fine so i think that would be a waste of time and money.
Obviously things aren't OK since you still seem to have the same problem.  :(

The only problem I have is that i can't uninstall the ask toolbar which is no reason to call a professional. I appreciate the help though.

Good one.
Any other issues? Would probably still be a good idea to run a chk disk, there've been a few system upsets/errors etc.
You should be also able to schedule it by going to the "C" drive from the start button, right click, select "properties", "tools" then error checking.
