Avast Suddenly Disappeared from the Taskbar...

When I hovered my mouse to the avast icon in the task manager, it disappeared from the taskbar.  I can still see the asw and ash things in the task manager. Is this a bug/glitch in Avast 4.8?

No, seems a glitch of your Windows installation.
Do you see ashdisp.exe running? (it's the icon)

Maybe a conflict with all the programs installed without
reboot?
