Error when installing updates with VPS file from avast website

My client has reported this error to me from an avast! 4.8 installation.

Can't install VPS update.
Please report the following error codes
ver: 4.8.1335
SI: 0x20000011
ST:0xFFFFFFFF
LE:0X00000000

Please what could be the problem?
