Yeah there is. If you want to check the scan logs, and then if you have infected results, you'll need to remove them from the Virus Chest.

Sir, you're kidding, please tell me so. You're willing to switch security products strictly based on looks ? I would understand if the UI was not intuitive/discoverable, but c'mon, lack of skins ?
