Version 5.0.668 does NOT solve this.

+1
To ask for a time frame on fix, or who/what is responsible, requires no real answer on their part, imo.

But it takes no time at all to simply say, "Acknowledged, we are working on it".

Absence of that makes this look much like the BART section of forum, etc., so perhaps this will turn into a "quiet discontinuation" of the behavior shield?  Given how little I have seen it do, that would not be totally tragic, even less so if they replace it with something better.

Silver lining aside, I hope they are at least aware of this problem........

Since from the beginning, this is a Windows 7 issue.

From my XP Pro system.

Why do I have infections and I can't find them?

Same issue here with XP SP3. The behavior shield traffic history shows infections on certain dates, when I check the behavior shield report file it doesn't show any infections or actions taken on those dates. The system is clean so I think something is messed up with the behavior shield. I have to check my Win 7 x64 system and see if the behavior shield is broken.

It is not broken for Win7 64.

It would have had to work to begin with to be broken. ;)

Lol.

I never even checked it to begin with so maybe it hasn't been working since day one. I'll check it tomorrow when I go on that system, too tired to bother now.

It did used to work because i checked those shield graph's regularly.
