what do you mean by "signin box"?
If you execute msn in the sandbox, will this application run or not? Or did it run e.g. without some controls?
I know that one known application also cannot be executed under sandbox because of sandbox hooking engine, it will not start, no error dialog is shown - it can be interrelated.
