This error has been logged in the event viewer in XP for the last few days for Avast....

Function setifaceUpdatePackages() has failed. Return code is 0x20000004, dwRes is 20000004.  

What does this mean exactly?  Do I have to do anything about this or just leave it alone?

Well,  I'm not getting that error anymore after I did an avast repair.  I do sometimes get ODBC errors showing up under Antivirus even though I'm using xml instead of odbc in avast.
