Understood, it is usually after several websites.  However it happened a few times as soon as I opened a browser.

Finally resolved after looking at another thread..... support is pretty crappy and this forum is full of alot of folks that simply say it works for me...

Well you could post what it was that resolved the problem for you, so anyone finding this topic in the future won't have to look any further. This would bring the topic to a nice resolution.
