None of these toolbars should be included in the Avast! database.
+1 anyway...

@doktornotor: If I remember right its been Shark007 Win7Codec Pack 2.76 or another program, I'm not sure, That day I've been upgrading many programs so I don't remember it happened with which one.

@SafeSurf: I know how to uninstall or how to avoid that, I'm talking about should we consider Ask.com Toolbar as a missed adware sample or not?

Just a suggestion Omid, AFAIK installing xvid on your system pretty much includes every codec pack you'd ever need, and VLC player will play anything you'd ever need.  With just those to progs, you could probably avoid everything else.  I might be wrong, but I haven't seen a file that I wasn't able to play with just those two.
No, installing Xvid installs the Xvid codec and that's it. The codec will also decode Divx so you don't need that but there are many other video codecs that it does not decode. Players like VLC, or Media Player Classic bundle a lot of codecs in with the package and that's how you get to play other formats.

@Dch48: Thanks for sharing your opinion!

@Tech: Thanks for comment!

@scythe944: Well, Part of your comment is correct, VLC almost play all common video/audio formats and it's customizable. But no Xvid is not a full pack of codecs and only install same codecs which windows 7 already has (yet you will neet codec for other formats and also some splitter like Haali and Gabest)
