In ADNM you could specify the AMS by IP address instead of by server.domain.local, this greatly helped users who worked remotely send their status back to the AMS when they connected to the corporate VPN.

I can find no such configuration in SBC, since I do not readily have a way to test this, is anyone else using the SBC with clients connecting through a VPN? Can you share your issues, if any?
