You can change that in your profile on this board.

Just click on your name and choose modify.

See if outlook has diabled your avast. Go to help ->about outlook->disabled items (in the lower right hand corner) and see if Avast is listed.->enable close outlook (you may have to ctrl+alt+delete stop outlook process too) restart outlook.
