Add Exclusion for Program in Avast BPP
« on: December 02, 2011, 02:00:40 AM »
Greetings,

We have an issue with Abacus Accounting not allowing to open the file on the client machine. We are running Business Protection Plus with the Console installed on the Windows 2003 Server.

How do we allow all clients full access to the database? Where in the console can we open this up? (It's not noticeable under the Group Settings or Expert Settings.)

FWIW, this only started to happen after the install of BPP.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP!

Might it be caused by FW? Or Behavioral shield? You can set up exclusions in Group properties in Expert Settings.
Quality is also a feature.
