How to tell if the Mirror has the latest managed client.
« on: December 07, 2011, 03:22:37 PM »
The post telling about the Admin Console update said there was a new BP/BPP client.  How can I tell if my mirror has the new client?  What version should it show for the program?

Thanks,

Thomas

The last verison for the client/server is the 6.0.1373.
To check your mirror goto ADMIN->MIRROR
To control wich version is installed in your clients goto NETWORK->GRID VIEW

Hello,

I hadn't realised that the clients didn't update automatically. According to the grid view, some of mine are still using 6.0.1253.

Do I need to manually re-deploy the software to get these to update?

Thanks,
Stephen

Yes you must (but I not prefer it, becouse I like to test newer version, first only on few clients),
or go under EDIT GROUP SETTINGS->UPDATES->under PROGRAM check the box AUTOMATIC UPDATE
