ABP Admin console no longer working - Defs not updating

Running Avast Business Protection (cant get the version since I cant log into the console) but it was probably the last version released prior to this new one. I downloaded and installed it about a month ago.

It was running fine up until last week. Now suddenly I cant log into the console anymore. ASlso the clients are no longer being updated with new definitions.

Nothing has been installed on the server or changed in the last last few weeks. A reboot didnt help. It appears that all services are running and there is nothing interesting in the event log that I can see.

I was considering trying to install the new version over the old but think it just might complicate things if it also doesnt run.

What can I do to troubleshoot this install?

Why?

I suggest you to install the new version prior for resolve the problem.
If this can't solve your problem, uninstall the console, reboot and try to install again..

This services are running on server?:
-SQL server AVAST SBC
-IIS
-Avast administration console
-Avast administration console monitor
