NO SCRIPT EXTENSION FOR FF V.1.7 now available
NOSCRIPT UPDATE!!!
V. 1.7.1 "Guardian of your Trust" UPDATE
Congratulations, you've got the latest version.
Main good news:
* By popular request, new Temporarily allow all this page command, putting all the visible sites of the current page in the temporary whitelist, except those already marked as untrusted.
* Better consistency of the not recommended Allow scripts globally mode: marked as untrusted site are always blocked, and forbiddng a site puts it automatically in the permanent blacklist.
* Cascading JavaScript blocking across frames, i.e. if the parent window/frame is not allowed to run JavaScript, child frames will inherit this restriction no matter if their origin is whitelisted (the old non-cascading behavior can be restored for non-blacklisted sites by setting the noscript.docShellJSBlocking about:config preference to false).
* Fixed an issue reported by Sirdarckcat, allowing JS links to be executed in the about:blank context after specific user interactions.
* Several speed and accuracy optimizations on Anti-XSS filters.
* Improved IP based shorthands.
* Enhanced cross-site POST blocking as an anti-CSRF mitigation.
* Specific shadowed status icon for pages having some origins allowed and all the remaining marked as untrusted.
* Much improved plugin interception, better differentiating content served by the same Flash-based application (e.g. YouTube's movie player)
* New Blocked Objects menu to temporarily allow any blocked plugin content instance on the page, even if its placeholder is hidden or not easy to be seen. You can also unblock all the plugin content coming from a certain site, or certain content types only.
* Temporarily unblocked plugin content now obeys to the "Revoke Temporary Permissions" command.
* New "noscript.allowedMimeRegExp" about:config option to whitelist some content types not to be blocked by Forbid other plugins, for instance "application/pdf" or "image/.*"
* Improved protection against Flash-based XSS attacks.
