Sorry, this is actually a new topic.
I'm finding my Internet browsing situation is very
sluggish.   

I've got lots of Spyware and Adware protection as well
as your Avast Antivirus protection  I also have Tune Up Utilities.
Maybe it's my lack of expertise with these products that is
causing my Internet to run so slowly.
I thought having a fairly clean system would speed things up.
Now it takes about seven minutes just for my computer to
boot up properly. 
Any suggestions would be fantastic.
