MalwareBytes v2.0 set to be released today.
It's already released http://blog.malwarebytes.org/news/2014/03/malwarebytes-anti-malware-2-0/

http://www.malwarebytes.org/downloads/

So far the link downloads the same build 2.0.1000  ???

Is there a change?
Edit: Apparently the release has no changes "That was the Release Candidate build (RC) and since no changes were made to 2.0 since the RC, that is the build we released "

It wasn't there when I posted earlier.

See https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=144811

Marcin's notice was placed an hour before you posted here, the only issue I had was one of the download links directed to the 1.75 version - I eventually found the other link for the release only to discover it was the version I was already running :P

Yes I found that too download would have been the 1.75 version I had. I have to admit that the site is very confusing, with the MBAM name change to MBAM Premium instead of MBAM Pro, never knowing what it was that you would be downloading.

In the end I just left it alone and will wait.

This link has the right one http://www.malwarebytes.org/update/

It is best to uninstall v1.xx then install fresh.

Premium is the new Pro David, it should update fine straight over the top though personally I'd clean install, note that on vista and above there is a MBAM folder leftover in AppData/ Roaming that is no longer used and can be deleted.

If clean installing your ID and Key from the earlier versions will now work.

Just digging out my Pro licenses as I presume if you do a clean install that data won't have been stored.

I may try the install over the top of 1.75.xxx with the MBAM Premier first and see how it goes.

Seems MBAM are getting their fair share of those not liking some ads either.

I do not like the new MBAM as I only want it as an on demand scanner, yet even with everything disabled it still manages to make a task and nag me about it not running, needing to do a scan, wanting to update.  So I have uninstalled it
