There are no scroll bars in either of my system installations of CCleaner.

EDIT: Even on full screen (1920x1200) I can't see that option.

Enable system monitoring and enable active monitoring check boxes are both in the Monitoring tab
in this version from today.

We are talking about the fact that it is shown to be in the Monitoring tab as in Bob's image.

I know it is in the Advanced tab already unchecked - the issue was that Bob's image showed it to be in another location. Now we see that this is because there had been another update released that I haven't got yet.

EDIT: Have now updated and all of the Active monitoring functions are in the one place 'Monitoring,' not in two locations 'Monitoring' and 'Advanced.'
