I just tested the old didtribution3 download location and it is still working - though it was meant to end from 1st March 2016.
Since Adobe Flash is incorporated as a part of the Edge browser, I just wait until 10 AM (US) Pacific Standard Time to go to the Settings menu in Windows 10 via Update & Security to have Flash automatically updated for Edge. Such an update for Windows 10 Edge browser is available today.
Otherwise, Adobe Flash is persona non grata for other browsers I use, and has not been run in them for quite some time now, with the same being true for Java JRE. It helps to look for update notifications from Adobe before Microsoft actually issues an out-of-band security update for it.
