This machine I'm posting from updated from the Firefox | Help | About "Check for Updates" menu.  By the time I had powered up the other 2 laptops, the update was no longer being served, stating Firefox 50.1.0 was up to date.  I've cleared cache and Windows DNS cache and restarted those machines, still with the result of no updated being served.  Visiting www.mozilla.com says I should update.  I've downloaded Firefox 51 full install, but would rather it updated normally from within the program.

I would hazard a guess this update was possibly what stopped the in program update to firefox 51.0 from 50.0.1

Thanks for that, there are some that may consider that geolocation not working is good thing

Thanks for that, there are some that may consider that geolocation not working is good thing

As I write this, my Firefox still thinks 50.1 is the latest version.
Sometimes it takes a few days till it catches up.
