FWIW, uBlock Origin and NoScript are known to conflict with one another.  If you feel you need more script control than uBlock Origin offers, you could use uMatrix (same author) instead.

NoScript as far as I'm aware is still a Legacy add-on (or it was when I abandoned it) and hasn't been rewritten for the Quantum versions of Firefox.

Previously I used NoScript and RequestPolicy add-ons on this XP system I have the ESR version of Firefox, but on my win10 system I use the latest version of Firefox.  Basically I culled some Legacy add-ons to try and maintain some sort of parity on all systems.

uMatrix, is effectively like RequestPolicy, it blocks third party sites unless you specifically give it temp or permanent permission.  So it is different from uBlock Origin even though it comes from the same author.  See attached image as an example of how flexible that uMatrix is.
