DefenseWall HIPS 2.04 is released. But standard bugfixing, it contains new feature- notifications on secured files access attempts to prevent "shoot in the foot" support requests.

    * No longer automatically loads IE if Windows reports and error trying to load Firefox.
    * Modified GetVersion and Upgrade buttons to allow for special versions for partners.
    * Cleaned up GetPLUSInfo data to prevent buffer overflow errors.
    * Trimmed extraneous spaces in reg code caused by copy/pasting the PLUS code.
    *   ;) Added Option to use original Scotty system trayicon ;) in the options section....
