Since the very first release of ZA for Vista I have never had any single issue with it. It's actually the best firewall at the moment. When I say "the best" I mean, working on Vista without any problems on my machine. Is it safe or not and does it pass all leak tests, that I can not guarantee either, but since I am behind a hardware router/firewall, this comes just as another layer of security.

The biggest problem right now is that I can't find this latest version tendnelly posted about earlier in this thread...  ???

Thunderbird Update to version 2.0.0.9 Update via Program

??  I've got 2.0.0.6, which was supposedly the most recent previous one, and Check for Updates says nothing new available.  Plus their download page shows the current version as 2.0.0.6

Strange.

I've tested on Vista and the version number remains the old one...
Also, the delays using WebShield are still present in some computers. I do not recommend installing it (yet).

Strange.

Stranger still ...  I've got Firefox 2.0.0.9, which is (I think) a few weeks old now.

I do agree that TB and FF have used the same version numbers for quite a while back, and have typically been updated within a couple of days of each other.  Maybe this last FF update (and at least one before that) had nothing at all in common with TBird.

Yes, I failed to check I too have 2.0.0.9, which would make an update to TB 2.0.0.9 a logical next update version and based on tednelly's latest post with an image of the about T-Bird it would appear there is an update for t-bird (I don't use it so can't check).
