I know what it does. Could be also used by a "thief" to retrieve product keys very quickly when you're away from the keyboard. And anyway, software provided by a team mainly focused on cracking Windows security make me feel like staying away from them, whatever they offer.
It won't be able to activate the product and/or there are more interesting data on my computer to be stolen ;D

@ Jtaylor83: avoid posting here about products updates from Nirsoft, they're completely illegal (produkey...). Most of their stuff is meant to crack passwords etc...

I beg to differ.  NirSoft makes many useful utilities that I don't need to be a crook to find useful.  Unless they're serving malware, let the update notifications continue.  That said, a more reliable source of update information is the NirSoft blog's RSS feed at http://blog.nirsoft.net/.  That's what I use.

By the way.  Produkey can be downloaded from cnet at http://download.cnet.com/ProduKey/3000-2094_4-10457063.html.  Perhaps you should complain to them too, Logos.

... won't waste time posting on every place on the Internet promoting crapware. As to my comments on Nirsoft here, I happen to browse this forum as I post on it regularly.

Link to Produkey removed. However, NirSoft claimed a history of False Positives.

Anyone who use Produkey should use at their own risk.
