CPU-Z 1.53.1 has been released.
For more details, visit: Removed as it tries to install Ask toolbar. I'll not post again about CPU-Z updates.

Fresh Diagnose 8.30 has been released.

just mentioning, the setup (CPU-Z) attempts connections to ask.com, block them with your firewall, I did  ;)

Do not install Ask... I hate toolbars.

it's not even about toolbars here, I mean not directly as an option... I guess it's just the setup calling home, not even sure it would have launched the web site in a browser...or may be yes, here's what I blocked during the setup...

Choose the zip no install option from http://www.cpuid.com/cpuz.php and you don't get the ask toolbar, see image. I have been using the standalone version in preference to installing it.

No thanks.
You can use Auslogics System Information or Fresh Diagnose or PC Wizard.

hmm...guys, Tech and Yokenny, please don't compare software that's meant to just report system info like speccy or fresh diagnose (and I like speccy btw) to CPU-Z. CPU-Z is the ultimate reference weapon on over-clocking forums. I'm not into that but no score won't be taken seriously if it hasn't been validated by CPU-Z  ;) Again, it's a world wide reference.

Sorry. No Ask toolbar.

And as I said you don't have to have the ask toolbar if you use the non-install zip download.
