I'm getting the info that the page has been suspended and is not available.

Try it here... ;)

Use 'Download CCleaner Enhancer from Download@MajorGeeks'...!
asyn

Maybe this is why the original page is not working. I downloaded it from MajorGeeks and got this when I tried to run it.

what is posted on ccleaner-enhancer website at this moment...
The Web Atom is currently down as we exceeded our CPU and bandwidth allowance on our previous server and were suspended as a result. We are currently working on acquiring a new server to host our site, it should take no longer than a week. You can follow me on Twitter for updates, http://twitter.com/TheWebAtom
- BypassIt browser users: The service is currently unavailable. - CCleaner Enhancer users: The program should be able to update now.
If you are trying to contact me via email, please use shane_gowland(at)hotmail.com | webmaster(at)thewebatom.net is not functioning at this time

Well, since I read a comment on that post saying that it requires .NET, I'll pass. I have no versions of .NET installed and I'd like to keep it that way.

WOT comments show that Softonic is bad.

Yes. Because you can download free/shareware keyloggers from Softonic. But the site is  not bad.
