The icon is there in your screenshot just above the drag and drop box. There are two of them in fact.
All those do is change the view not the entire GUI.
The one above is the "compact" view.
The one below is the "expanded" view. IOW the view with the firewall activity "meter(?)".
Compare with screenshot above.
That's all you get. A basic and an advanced view. The rest of the GUI is unchanged.

OT: This >> UPDATES << topic is for reporting software programs update only because this topic doesn't belong to have a conversation in general topic, IF you have something to say in general please start a new topic otherwise I would call it hi-jacking the >> UPDATES << topic for NOT reporting software programs update only.

ComboFix 13.6.22.1 Final for Malware Expert Removal Analysts only to used this update tool
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/combofix/

You should not run ComboFix unless you are specifically asked to by Malware Expert Removal Analysts. Also, due to the power of this tool it is strongly advised that you do not attempt to act upon any of the information displayed by ComboFix or Malware Expert Removal Analysts without supervision from someone who has been properly trained. If you do so, it may lead to problems with the normal functionality of your computer.

http://www.waterfoxproject.org/

Warning!
Q:Do all my add-ons and plugins work?
A:Your add-ons/extensions work on any version of Firefox, on any platform! That means they all work with Waterfox. On the other hand, only 64-Bit plugins work with Waterfox and as of now those are: Adobe Flash, Oracle Java and Microsoft Silverlight.
