Search feature needs improvement /change

I tried to search for Windows 8 … looking for any info / experience people were having with Avast and Windows 8.

The search function would not let me search for Windows 8 == it demanded more than a single character in each word.

I hope that is configurable so that it can easily be fixed 'cause I'm pretty sure you will soon be seeing many people trying to search for Windows 8 info.

hey this have been know for avast and it will not be any chance/fixed before windows 8 is released by the end of this year.

Try searching for "Windows 8" with the quotes and you will get lots of hits.

If you hit the HELP button in the menu, then Search there is lots of useful information, which takes you here http://wiki.simplemachines.org/smf/Search/english.
