AIS IE10 add-on blocks Inquiry

AIS add-on blocks Inquiry ( http://metaproducts.com/mp/inquiry_professional_edition.htm ) from displaying saved webpages in IE10 / Win 7 64. Any solution to this (other than disabling the AIS add-on)?
