Just to be clear, this is an issue with GrimeFighter. The new version of the program, Cleanup, does not cause black or blue screens. There may be a few items we still need to work out but the number of support tickets has gone down by more than 50% since cleanup was released and none concerning blue/black screens or incompatible hardware.
Regarding the issue at hand for Richard and Nigel, I will pass this to our Dev team and hopefully come back with a workaround asap.
