It is not fixed. Version 2280 build 12.3.3154.0.

Just came out of the shower and saw my screens disabled again and my firewall telling me avast is trying to install this:

C:\Program Files\AVAST Software\SZBrowser\Temp\SafeZone Installer\opera_installer_20160821140830\installer.exe

It's fixed on my end. By the way, I'm running Windows 10 home.
