Both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows can use all of physical memory, including above 4GB, but 32-bit Windows can give no more than 3GB to each application
That is the thing you need to know Tech, a single app CAN NOT use more than 3gb ram on a 32bit windows system. That is the whole catch.
