Hi Jtaylor if you dont know what to do, you could try this. It may work.
You have to go into setup - which is probably tap F1, or F2, or Del when you power computer on.
- sometimes if I dont know the model and I'm real busy I tap all three at once not even looking at the screen
- I stop once I see that I'm entering setup
- you can reset yr computer once inside setup if it hasnt been totally borked
But you can post reply here with some info when you want
- for a start, however, navigate to the final page in setup where you will see 'save and exit' or something like
- down arrow to set to default settings or something like and click that - then save and exit
- or you will have settings categories all in front of you in two columns on the page
- same again, although this time you may have maybe optimal settings or risk free settings or something like
do same again and save and exit
but take yr time as you go through and familiarise yrself with setup without changing anything else
I think you will get the picture if you dont know already - computer may right itself straight away
