So, the RTM release of Windows 8.1 has been leaked and with some diligent searches, can be obtained
(Illegally) from the net.
Microsoft in their infinite wisdom, has withheld this release from the developers and other
trusted users until it's official release on October 17, 2013.
Hopefully when RTM 2 comes out, Microsoft will have realized their mistake. :)

Have you ever booted your system and been greeted by nothing more than a series of Beeps ??

I had a look at that a while back, my initial thought was OK more of the usual snake oil.  However looking at it, it actually uses tried and tested windows tweaks that normally require a dive into the registry.. Not for the fainthearted.   

The initial parts are a type of TFC along with AdwCleaner operations so all temp folders will get emptied including Java and Flash and the pain in the rear toolbars will get wiped
The other elements I am not sure about as it is a pricey bit of kit
