How to temporarily disable Avast on my mac?
« on: May 05, 2017, 05:56:27 PM »
Hello.
Some times to times, I need to disable Avast on my mac (Sierra 10.12.4). I did not found a way to do it, so every time I uninstall the program by putting it in the trash, and then I re-install it. Where is the function to disable the antivirus without having to uninstall it?
Thank you very much for your answer.

open Avast, go to shields, disable the 3. When finished do the reverse to open again.
