Call Blocker not stopping blocked number Android 7.1.1
« on: November 28, 2017, 11:37:29 AM »
I have Avast Mobile Security premium 6.8.2.31. Call Blocker is not stopping specific numbers I have recently blacklisted. This started happening in the last few days before the latest App update, which hasn't stopped this problem.

I use Android 7.1.1 (OxygenOS 4.5.14).

Any ideas?

Hi, 6.8.2 has been rolled out to 1% of users.
Thanks for reporting the problem, let me check it with the devs, will get back to you as soon as I know any details.

Hi glenn, I have some questions:

- could you please tell us what country you are from?
- could you post a few examples of the numbers that should be blocked and are not? (you can use some Xs instead of numbers, we are interested in the format - are there any special symbols, have you typed it in with the country code?)

You are right that we have dealt with this issue a few versions before, but if the problem occurs again, we need to revise the feature.
