Contacting Mobile, i.e. sending messages

Hi,

I was previously able to login to myavast and send messages to my mobile. Since a few weeks, the "Send message" button is greyed out and I cannot send messages anymore. I am able to click the button but no enter-field is shown thereafter.

What am I doing wrong or what settings must I change?

Hi, first please check, whether AMS has granted all permissions it requires. 

If the problem persists, please remove your device from My Avast and then log it back in.

If it doesn't help either, uninstall all your Avast applications from your mobile device (Avast Secureline, Avast Mobile Security, Avast Cleanup, Avast Battery Saver etc.), then open Settings of your device, go to "Accounts & Sync" and make sure that Avast is not on the list of the accounts (if it is then some Avast app is still installed). Once Avast account is removed, please try installing Avast Mobile Security from Google Play app store again and connect it to my.avast.com account.

many thanks for getting back to me - I had to follow all your suggestions to make it work - and the last suggestion (de- and reinstall AMS) did the catch !
