Unable to activate license

I bought a license via my desktop PC, where it's running perfectly. Now I would like to add a new android device, however when I try to activate it I can't. The e-mail I have on my phone is different from the email I use on my PC, but I have linked them both under one account in avast (if I log in to my avast account I can see both e-mails plus the license)
I have followed all the suggestions about uninstalling the app, clearing data, etc and it is still not working. How can I fix it?

Hi, could you please specify:
- what app exactly you are referring to?
- what type of licence have you purchased?
- what e-mail address you used during the purchase? (you can send this as a personal message to me)
