Very disappointing as a Free Avast user.  I like that my PC's were on my online account.  Now that the feature is no longer available for Windows and Mac users.  It's kind of a let down.  However my Android Smartphone is still on my account.  Which is okay I guess.  I do like the anti-theft feature of Avast's Google Play Store App and the WiFi Detector/Clean Up.

Please bring this feature back Avast.

Something really wierd going on in Avast account today.
On logging in I was greeted with subcriptions page with no subscriptions (not even android ones). Also no menu option for Forum, only Subscriptions, Devices. No display of links to Avast Blog items*.
Logged in again and same result. Then clicked on Menu>Devices and android device then appeared, also menu then showed normal options including link to Forum, hence I'm here.
Er...what is going on Avast?

Edit: *This now happens every time I log in. Avast account is redirecting to this Subscriptions page. I have to use Menu and select Devices, before other Menu items are made available. See screenshot.
PS: I have done a reboot.

[Win10 1809, Firefox 66.0.1 (64bit).]

@bob..
It is exactly the same on different browsers (including Avast browser), different PC's and different OS.
What do you see if click in the menu grid?

@bob.
Your sceenshot seems to be of Devices page. I too have Forum and other options from that page. But when I login to my account I get the Subscriptions page without those options. I then have to select devices to get options including access to Forum. This is a real Avast mess up and is annoying me as was perfectly OK before. Inverse to "if it aint broke dont fix it".

Since I use the free version of Avast I already know there isn't anything on this site for me. I only open it for a forum question.

I use the Internet Security for my PC.  I've been a member with Avast for a few years now, and I trust them to keep me safe on the web.  I learned that after my PC updated with w10 updates, my Avast was no longer registering as the main antivirus. I went to the website to verify that I still have it, and all I found was coverage for my throw away smartphone (a very cheap phone), but no PC listed.  I am worried about it: is Avast quitting?

Quitting what ???
To fix your problem, try the following: Repair Avast:
Open the Avast User Interface > Menu > Settings > Troubleshooting > Repair App. > Restart the Computer or,
Control Panel> Program and Features (Add/remove program)>Select Avast> Select Repair. Reboot when completed
https://www.avast.com/faq.php?article=AVKB204

If Repair doesn't fix the problem, try the following:
If your Avast settings are not the default settings and you want them restored after the Clean Install, follow this before removing Avast.

Clean Install of Avast:

Registering avast as the main antivirus in the windows security center and identifying a device in the avast account are two completely different things.
Here we are talking about the 2nd, which has nothing to do with registering in the windows security center.
For this problem, it is necessary to follow the indications given by bob3160
