Omni Hub takes down my internet connection

I was able to connect the omni hub and go through the install.  Once everything was set up I lost my internet connection.  I unplugged the omni hub from my router and everything came back online.  As soon as I plug the omni hub back into the router the internet connection drops.  The router is a TP-Link Archer C4000 Tri-Band WiFi Router.

Hi Charles,

does it happen for both wired and wireless devices? Does the connection not work at all (no pings to the Internet coming through for example) or is it "just" unusable?

It doesn't work wired or wireless.
