Since I been posting here on the forum I don't believe Avast has ever used a 3rd Party support service that Hasn't employed the tactics described in the article.
It's ludicrous that the President of iYogi denies the allegations as a simple google search of iYogi will bring up hundreds of thousands of complaints spanning many years.

Unless you have a parachute that is a pointless exercise. The two most dangerous times in flying, take-off and landing, parachutists are cutting down on that margin by not landing

The hours in between are actually very boring.

No, I hate flying and the takeoffs and landings are the biggest white knuckle times for me. Also when you hit turbulence and the plane shakes. I was in one once where the pilot tried to go over a thunderstorm but had to fly through it and lightning was hitting the wings and then we hit an air pocket and the plane dropped like 500 feet in a second or two. While the plane is in flight, I'm so keyed up that I can't sleep and if there's any bouncing at all, I can't read because it starts to make me airsick. I just flat out hate it. I'm not comfortable until I'm back on the ground.
