PicPick didn't create the image but it did do the screen capture of part of my desktop and,
allowed me to upload it and then share the image here.
PicPick has many features including screen and image capture and can be used for free for non commercial use.
It also has a built in screen recorder.

Snow was only at elevations over 6000 ft. I'm at 5000. ft so for us it was rain.
