Hello, could you please check if silent mode is on? Open Avast UI, Menu -> Setting -> General -> Notification -> Silent mode.
If it is unchecked (silent mode is not activated) can you please enable debug logs: Menu -> setting -> Troubleshooting -> Enable Debug Logging. Try to induce some action causing a notification and collect logs or support package and send it to me to analyse petr.blatny@avast.com please add time and action you tried.
log folder: c:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\log\ - copy it somewhere else, then pack them and email it to me.
