may I call you just "101" ? as to your issue, that's completely weird, are you using a networked printer (plugged to your router)? if so the firewall in AIS might block it, may be check this.
Which version of Office are you running
ok then more troubleshooting is needed, try to deactivate the behavior shield, and if that's not enough, uninstall it (just the component) to get rid of the driver, then reboot and try again to print while AIS is active.
