AMD has released the official Catalyst 11.4 graphics driver for the HD 2000 series and above. The changes in this WHQL certified driver include performance improvements in several games, enhancements to the Catalyst Control Center, GPU Compute improvements, as well as a range of bug fixes.

Nvidia has released new nForce 15.56 / 15.58 drivers for nForce-based motherboards. These drivers are for some of the 5, 6, 7 and 9 series nForce motherboards under Windows XP, Vista and 7.

I think he meant Avast virus definitions occurs only once or twice a day. He doesn't know they are generic, meant for a broad family of viruses and doesn't need to be updated more. Old stuff, I think, repeated over and over... :(
