What does this have to do with Windows 10 ???
I'm glad to have this link from Pondus (inspite of not having any of the W10 machines).
@Pondus
Thanks a lot.  :)

http://www.theregister.co.uk/2016/10/07/windows_updates_just_trust_us_says_microsoft_executive/

Just trust them with updates ?
Hmm, let's see.

Windows 10 is filled with bugs/problems right from the start.
Most of them are still not solved.

A user can browse the net with Edge and do about everything that he wants...
The administrator can't even start Edge (and other apps) without "tweaking" the system first...

And we should trust MS?
They really have become a great joke.

Not sure, but I've reverted back to version 14931 and now, the 14942 is not shown to me anymore.
Was it removed from the Windows Update?

Hi guys! I hope someone here can help me out on this as I posted this to the Skype Community (Forum) few months ago and as of yet I didn't receive any reply from that forum. As seen from my signature that I am running Windows 10 and Windows 10 has got a Skype built in program called Skype Preview. I want to know that is it necessary to download Skype from here https://www.skype.com/en/download-skype/skype-for-computer/ or I can just simply use Skype Preview? Is it worth having both Skype Preview and Skype?

@bob3160: I downloaded and installed Skype but I uninstalled it just to be sure if it is necessary to have both of them. Now I uninstalled Skype and thank you very much for your information  :).

Microsoft reveals the Windows 10 Mobile features that are coming in Redstone 2
https://www.neowin.net/news/microsoft-reveals-the-windows-10-mobile-features-that-are-coming-in-redstone-2
Interesting I'm sure to some but it's all about features I never have and probably never will use.

I have seen none of those "bugs". I can run as administrator (and do by default) and do anything I want.

Using Anti-Spying Tools on Windows 10 may not be a good idea.
Here's why: http://www.howtogeek.com/273513/why-you-shouldnt-use-anti-spying-tools-for-windows-10/
It's saying exactly what I have been telling people for months. People use things like this and then something breaks in Windows and they blame Microsoft when the blame is squarely on them themselves. I have been saying in every forum I go to not to use anything but the built in privacy settings in Windows 10 itself. I have done that from the beginning and never had an issue with Win 10 other than the one I caused myself by messing around with the partitions on my hard drive. That prevented me from receiving the 1511 update and I had to do a wipe and clean install. People say "I should be able to 'tweak' my OS in any way I want without it breaking". Sorry, but no, you shouldn't. Proceed at your own peril.

If anybody tests Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14955 for PC that is available for download and it does not mess Avast installation, please, post back. Then I could return to fast ring of updates. Otherwise, I must stay with 14931 (latest from slow ring). Thanks.

If you have a 3rd party antivirus product installed on your PC, your PC might not be able to complete the update to this build and roll-back to the previous build.

Mine upgraded to that new build just fine, however Avast is still causing issues itself once logged in.
