Actualisation problem

Hi, there are a new version of the product, but it is impossible update ... does nothing....whta can I do?

Hi Ernesto Andrés, welcome to the forum :)

Can you try this first : Download the correct version of Avast! 

Avast! Free
Avast! Pro
Avast! Internet Security
Avast! Premier

... and install it over your current installation.

Ok! I'm registered user of Avast Pro! Only download that product and install it over another one?

1. Download Avast Pro Antivirus: https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_pro_antivirus_setup.exe
2. Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions..!!)
3. Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
4. Reboot.
